The illumination is a combination of a circular spot directly beneath the fixture and a cluster of star-like dots surrounding the light. Typical uses include hanging under tree limbs, pergolas, gazebos, and porches. This G4 Bi-pin fixture includes a 5' brass chain. Built to survive the elements, the wire ingress point is completely sealed to prevent water from entering the fixture.
