REFUND POLICY

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped out


 

DAMAGE/DEFECTS AND ERRORS
 

Please promptly report any products that arrived damaged, with defects or if there has been an error with your order by email at pampalighting@gmail.com. You must provide us with your name, invoice number and description & photos/videos of the defect. Pampa Lighting LLC will issue a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before you ship the damaged product back. Items must be returned in original packaging with all original packing materials including box, tension straps, styrofoam, foam edge guards, bubble wrap  (as applicable). If for any reason, the customer decides they do not want the item replaced, then a 30% restock fee will be deducted from the final refund.

 

RETURNS

 

We do not accept returns except for merchandise with defects or wrong products.

All returns must first be approved by a Pampa Lighting representative. All non-approved returns are subject to refusal. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days of receipt of the order.

DO NOT return merchandise without prior authorization. Items that are returned without prior authorization are subject to an automatic 30% restocking fee or complete forfeiture of your refund.

 

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS
 

A 30% restocking fee will be charged for the return of goods that are non- defective. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all packing materials. (as applicable), and must be in sellable condition. Items that have been installed are not returnable. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. Credit (minus the aforementioned deductions) will be issued upon full inspection of returned items by a Pampa Lighting representative. HOLD ONTO THE ORIGINAL BOXES AND PACKAGING.

We will only accept a return if a Return Goods Authorization number (RGA) has been issued and the product is returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging. Products may be returned within 15 days of receiving them. The products must be brand new (never used or installed) and in perfect condition, with all of the manufacturer’s packaging intact. In order to keep our prices low, we charge a 30% restocking fee. IF applicable, original shipping and processing charges will not be refunded. Orders returned after 15 days or without an RGA # will not be accepted.
