Ideal for projects of small to large scale, this landscape lighting transformer exhibits exceptional durability and incorporates high-quality internal and external components. Engineered to deliver professional-grade results and ensure commercial reliability, there are no other transformers available that rival the performance and features offered by this product. Comes from 40w to 300w and in black and stainless steel color. This is not the best option for a project that requires dimming, as the low-voltage magnetic dimmer with not work with the built-in timer.

These transformers comes with a built-in timer and photocell. You can choose between the two, or use the two control systems at the same time: The photocell can have the lights turn on at sundown, and the timer turn off at midnight so the lights are not turned on the whole night.

How to work the Photocell:
The timer pins need to be in the on position which is being pulled inward toward the center of the inner dial. The photocell cap needs to be removed and the timer needs to be in the on position.

Timer ON - Pin inward
Timer OFF - Pins to the outer side of the dial.

The photocell only works when the timer is in the on position. Once the pins are inward, remove the brass end cap on the right-hand side of the transformer to expose the photocell.

How to work the Timer:
Instructions are on the back of the back of the cover lid:
Step 1: Aim the arrow at the current time of day.
Step 2: Move the hair pins inward or outward depending at what time you want the lights to turn on/off. For example: If you want the lights to turn On from 16:00 to 22:00, the hair pints from 16:00 to 22:00 should be pressed inward.

How to work Timer & Photocell together:
If you want to use the photocell to turn on the lights, but you don't want the lights turned on the whole day, but you want to turn it off at lets say 11 PM, you can configure the transformer like this:

Configure timer to turn on from 14:00 PM-11PM. Then remove the end cap. This will allow the photocell to turn on the lights at sundown, and timer will turn it off at 11 PM.
